Volunteering at Oasis

At Oasis, we greatly value our volunteers and lovingly refer to our team as servant leaders, understanding that the best leadership comes from servant hearts.

Listed below, you will find the various departments where you might choose to serve.

You will also find the minimum commitment level listed in the right column. (Most are a once a month commitment. Some are less frequent on an “as needed” basis.)

Additional requirements to serve are as follows:

1) Passing a Background Check

2)Attending Regular Team Meetings (Once every 4-6 weeks)

3)Attending Quarterly Training Meetings

4)Department Ministry Leaders and Team Coaches are required to read two specific books we feel are detrimental to successful ministry leadership.
